Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days. Once payment is confirmed and the order is accepted, we prepare, package, and dispatch your items. You’ll receive an email confirmation and (where available) tracking details once the order ships.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the outer package and shipping label
- Photos of the items received (and damage, if applicable)
Please report delivery issues within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.
