Returns Policy (No Returns)
Because our products are sealed, quality-controlled, and handled as specialty goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This helps maintain consistent handling standards for all customers.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used items
- Items with broken seals after delivery
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Incorrect ordering by the customer (wrong item or quantity selected)
Once an item leaves our fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee how it has been stored or handled. For this reason, returned items cannot be restocked.
When We Can Help
In the rare case your order arrives with missing items, incorrect items, or damage in transit, please contact us at rebecca@orapeptide.com. We’ll review the issue and help resolve it.
To help us process your request quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos of the outer box and shipping label
- Photos of the items received (and damage, if applicable)
Depending on the situation and stock availability, we may offer a replacement shipment, a partial refund, or a full refund (where appropriate).
Reporting Timeframe
Please contact us within the following timeframe from delivery:
- 48 hours for missing or incorrect items
- 48 hours for damaged parcels or products
Claims submitted after this period may be harder to verify and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Cancellations (Before Shipping Only)
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email before the order has shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, email rebecca@orapeptide.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping Issues & Delays
Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and can occasionally be affected by weather, peak periods, or operational delays. If tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us and we’ll guide you on next steps.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees may apply.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us first. We can usually resolve problems quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting support may delay resolution while we investigate with the payment provider.
